Loaded with some serious detoxifying, liver loving, superfoods,
fresh Baby Spinach is the “green base” for this brightly colored delight, I steeped a little purifying Dandelion Tea and threw it in the mix for it’s detoxifying properties and topped it all off with some Glutathione (the super antioxidant)
boosting chopped Walnuts, Chia Seeds & sweet Goji Berries.
Makes: 1 Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 minutes
– 1 Nice big handful Organic Baby Spinach
– 1 small Beet
– Fresh Mint
– 2 Radishes
– 1/2 cup Carrots
– 1 or 2 pieces fresh Ginger
- Pinch Green Leaf Stevia
– 1 1/2 tsp Flax Seeds, ground
– Chopped raw Walnuts (garnish)
– Goji Berries (garnish)
– Chia Seeds (garnish)
– Chilled Dandelion Tea, enough to cover ingredients
Some “Extra” Ideas
– Garnish with Orange Zest

Throw it all in your blender, adjust flavors to taste!
