It's a nutrition & personal development program to examine what's led you to where you're at and to finally understand it for what it is, and more so for what it isn't.
It's all the reasons you need to kick the things that haven't worked to the curb and make inspired space in your life for a new approach.

Through a series of self paced "You" projects we'll start thinking outside that box to ask ourselves the real questions, the ones previously unasked and unanswered.
We'll consider their meaning and the roles they've played in your life up to this point.



We're going back so you can move forward....


Things don't happen overnight, we don't lose ourselves over the course of a few rough days or months, we slowly veer.
That's okay, we'd be pretty bland if it all worked out the way it "should."
We'll be acknowledging the past, hanging out with it for a bit, taking what serves us, moving forward and checking the excess at the door.

We're taking all we've uncovered and bringing it together to r
ewrite an updated version of your story according to you.
We're then exploring the tools and steps
to truly learn how to stop dreaming and start creating that inspired reality today!

Why I get it.....


​Simply put, I get it because I've lived it.
I've played the games and let that little voice drag and
​beat me down.
I continually chose the path of greatest resistance and it inevitably led me to a pretty dark place,
and then the light bulb switched on.



Fulfilled people don't just get fulfilled.
They work for it, every single day...

​
So that's exactly what I did, and what I continue to do on a daily basis. Life work is hard because it's supposed to be.
​It challenges every ounce of our beings because it's meant to, but it's also entirely rewarding because it's worth it!

Recharge is the program I wrote from the bottom of my heart for you. It's why I do the work I do.
It's all the pieces I used to put myself back together, to create a life I recognized, and one I was proud of.
It's the guide I wish someone would have handed me and simply said,
​"Here, figure it out...."

It's also about more than that, it's about building a community of support for each other.
It's about a tribe of people that have been there, that have walked that path and having never met, have a deep understanding and compassion for each other.
It's about growing to give.

It's about my journey supporting yours, and yours supporting someone else's, and someone else's supporting mine.
It's a personal evolution that we're all in together!

​This is the "ditch that diet" portion of the program!
I've put together a guide to help you get out of your head and actually start enjoying the food on your plate and the way
it makes you feel.

​With a real and whole food, natural nutrition approach we explore what true sustenance, healthy eating and body image sustainability actually look like.

P.S. It's probably not really about the food at all, so let's get to the heart of it and move to a place of embracing and enjoying our relationships with ourselves and food for good!
