Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policies

​1. Consulting Disclosure
The information provided during any coaching consults by Lauren Williamson is NOT intended as therapy, counselling or any medical advice, nor is it intended to replace the care of a qualified healthcare professional. This information is not intended to diagnose or treat any diseases or mental conditions. Always consult with a licensed professional, provider for all diagnosis and treatment of any diseases or conditions.

1. Private Coaching Package and Course Billing & Payments
- Information outlining all services included in private coaching packages and service fees will be provided following or during the initial consult or complimentary discovery call.
- Payment & billing information will be provided with the client contract.
Prior to payment the client contract will be signed. 
- All consulting and / or course payments may be made through the secure online payment service prior to the first coaching session, at time of individual online course purchase or as arranged in an agreed upon payment plan.
- Please retain your receipt for all coaching services and courses.
 - Please contact me if special payment arrangements are necessary, I will do my best to accommodate all client needs.
- Special course or coaching service payment arrangements
(monthly vs. one time payments) will be paid on time and on the dates agreed upon in the signed client contract. No Coaching services will be provided if there are outstanding fees until the balance has been paid in full. 


2. Rescheduling & Cancellation of Coaching Sessions
- Rescheduling a booked coaching call is easily done with appropriate notice. 
- Please allow at least 24 hours notice to make appointment changes, or unfortunately, it will be necessary to either charge you for the session
​or forfeit the session.

 - Any service or coaching call cancellations I need to make will be made within 24 hours & rescheduled at your convenience.

3. Online Programs, Courses & Digital Material

- Being digital products, all material is available for download and will be in your possession. This means after purchase, I am unable to offer refunds.
- Please ensure you read all course or program descriptions and contact me with any questions you may have PRIOR to purchase.

4. Coaching Packages
- Once the coaching package has been purchased all sessions must be booked and used within specified package length from the contract signing date.
- Refunds will not be given on purchased Coaching Packages, please ensure you have read all package descriptions and information and contact me with any questions you may have PRIOR to purchase and contract signing.
- All unused sessions expire 6 months after the contract signing date.
