The NOURISH program is broken down into the following
sections below. Please read through all the section descriptions below before diving in as they include important information about the structure of each part of the program and will help you navigate the material.

 Monthly NOURISH Material
​
​All your program material for the next six months worth of work we are about to embark upon together can be accessed directly through this page. I recommend bookmarking it 
for quick and easy access while you work your way through the program.

The monthly material has been broken down into a six month format, each month contains a "MIND" & a "BODY" component to work through at your own pace. You will have full, lifetime access to all the materials, resources, guides and extras.


"BODY"
Working towards eliminating the fatigue, managing the stress
and finding YOUR unique definition of optimal health is a process.
There are a number of body systems involved in truly
enabling our bodies to thrive.
Real and sustainable health is achieved by understanding and supporting each one of these systems long term.
THIS is the difference between "the quick fix" and the sustainable kind of whole body wellness that supports our lives for good!  
 


​"MIND" 
Self love and care mean a constant commitment to personal growth and development. 
Taking the time to check in with ourselves, snuggle up, get cozy and dive into who we are and our CURRENT needs
and desires can help create amazing clarity - think of it like a first date with yourself!
Try making it a priority to check in, connect and come back
to these things often.
As we change, our lives change, our businesses and relationships change, so do the things that are important to us.
Every time we revisit these personal development
exercises there is something to learn.
Something to uncover about where we are at and how we can move forward with authentic alignment in all
aspects of our lives!  
You may find some of these projects resonate at different stages in life, find the ones that meet you where
you're currently at!



Four Week Meal Plans

Supporting our overall health, means supporting our
hormone health.
Many women (and men) don't realize, hormones are responsible for most of the major body functions involved in
keeping us healthy. 
This means keeping those hormones nice and balanced
needs to be considered at all stages of our lives, not only when fertility or specific concerns arise!

If you choose to follow the meal plans, please note they are set
up to provide specific nutrients required
during the different stages of a woman's monthly cycle
(see cycle charting information in Month #1).
If you decide cycle charting is not something you'd like to pursue,
​the menu plans will be supportive of optimal health at anytime.

Recipes for all four weeks are included in the
"The Recipe Guide," below your monthly material.
Select either the "Traditional Recipe" or "Plant Based" version
and download the meal plan corresponding to the phase of your monthly cycle you are in. 
If you choose to not match the 4 week menu plan up with your monthly cycle, simply start with the first one and work your
way through all four weeks!

Play with the meal plans and recipes a bit, nothing is set in stone.
​Life is busy and nothing inflexible is going to stick!  
I encourage you to tune into your body and listen to what it needs and when it needs it!

I have included a healthy "Kitchen Makeover" guide and a "Substitution List" to give you some ideas about how to incorporate healthy choices into your daily life.

Perimenopause & Menopause Meal Plans
The 4 week meal plans are all ideal for women in any stage of perimenopause or menopause as
they will provide the necessary foods and nutrients to support 
health and wellness at any stage of our lives.
NOURISH has you covered for life! 

*MEAL PLAN NOTES:
1. Any recommendations made specific to your personal health concerns can easily be added to these meal plans.
All personalized recommendations will be emailed
​directly to you and / or discussed on coaching calls.


​2. Organic - Non GMO Tofu is included in a few of the plant based recipes. If you've decided soy is not for you due to specific health conditions, hormone imbalances or personal preference it can easily be replaced with either fermented forms of the product like tempeh or other plant derived proteins like nut, seed, whole grain, legume or lentil based whole food products.  



General Resource Material 
 
​I recommend reading through the "Nutrition Resources,"
and "Stress Management and Self Care" guides first and implementing the information and practices contained within them throughout your six month journey.
Refer back to this information as needed, these are long term lifestyle practices and things to incorporate in every day life!
​
Beginning to include stress management techniques, daily self care and self love into your life is a lifelong journey itself.
​Each and every step you take to making these elements a part of your routine will become an integral part of the path you're embarking upon, take it slow and enjoy the process!
