​Here's the thing, some of us "accomplishers" need to feel like we're constantly
checking things off "the list," I get it.
I also get how hard that constant need to "do" can make embracing relaxation.

Book that solo tea date at your favorite coffee shop with a great book,
enjoy that Epsom salt bath with lavender oil or just get out for a walk in the fresh air.
