Welcome to the Emotional Eating Program!
This 8 week empowering journey and coaching program is based on the
EAT.Q. Book by Dr. Susan Albers.

as it is required reading material for the program.
Each week's exercises are based on chapter's from the book, making it an
excellent and lifelong resource to carry with you!
Below you will find the weekly breakdown of the coaching program
we will be covering alongside the book.
Each lesson contains exercises for you to complete between
our sessions together.
You may want to jot your responses down in a journal dedicated to the program.
You wil also find "Discussion Points" in each week's lesson.
These will be the topics of conversation during our weekly coaching calls.
I encourage you to make notes or record any questions you may wish to
discuss about these points.
