This is one of my all time favorite quick go to dips, sauces, spreads, you name it this pesto works!
I love it on roasted veggies or sweet potatoes, spiralized zucchini noodles, or spread on a cauliflower or flax based
pizza crust with avocado and veg.
It's massively simple and that's what makes it warm my heart!
Makes: 1/2 cup Pesto
Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 1 large bunch fresh Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil (more as needed)
- 1/8 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Himalayan Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
How to Do It
1. Blend in food processor, season and enjoy!
