Gluten Free, Sugar Free and loaded with Omega 3 friendly ingredients,
paired with a tasty Green Smoothie these little guys offer a great energy kick to start your
morning & keep you satisfied until lunch time rolls around.

Makes: 12 bites
Prep Time: 10 mins  Chill Time: 30 mins

Ingredients
– 1 cup raw gluten free Oats
– 1 Apple, grated
– 1/2 c Walnuts
– 1/4 cup Medjool Dates or 2 tbsp Maple or Brown Rice Syrup
– 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
– 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
– 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
– 2 tsp Cinnamon
– 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
– 1/8 tsp Cloves
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1 tsp Orange Zest
– 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Some “Extra” Ideas
– Shredded Unsweetened Coconut


How To Do It
1. Combine all ingredient in food processor (except grated Apple)
2. If too wet add additional Oats, too dry add a splash of Coconut Oil
3. Stir in grated Apple
4. Taste and adjust sweetness & flavors
5. Roll into balls & chill 30 minutes
6. Store in fridge or freezer for quick energy nibbles on the go!
